Condition Assessments The Condition Assessment is the foundation of all maintenance and project planning.  A thorough inventory of your assets and their existing condition provides the external data necessary for prioritizing and planning maintenance actions and renovations.

Structural Engineering Surveys Structural Engineering Surveys interrogate facilities and exhibits for the presence of life safety hazards for animals, employees and guests.  If your exhibit is rusted, burnt or broken; cracked, spalled or falling down: we are the professionals to help you evaluate and implement repairs and renovations.
