Complete Exhibit Renovations

The Pascoe Group combines our engineering, project planning and construction management services to provide sole source exhibit renovations. 

Many exhibits constructed years ago used designs, materials and methods poorly suited to today's marketplace. With judicious and creative design and planning, upgrading an old exhibit can be accomplished quickly and for a fraction of the cost of replacement.

This outdoor exhibit was renovated from top to bottom.  Repairing and upgrading the site infrastructure and giving it a facelift.

Our approach includes a detailed design phase incorporating the needs of the animals, animal care personnel and the public.

In many cases, TPG will self-perform specialized portions of the scope of work and manage a host of subcontractors (specialty trade contractors as well as local commodity contractors) to complete a diverse project.

Given our unique experience in the zoo and aquarium environment and our engineering and construction expertise, we are well positioned to tackle the most complex and sensitive restoration projects while minimizing downtime and cost.

Upgrading and renovating zoo and aquarium facilities requires attention to detail and an intrinsic understanding of what's worked before and why.  Older facilities lack compliance with current standards and codes.  In some cases, we find potentially hazardous materials that require remediation or abatement.

In any case, Pascoe has the knowledge and experience to produce success and save time and money.

Pascoe maintains a minimal presence during all phases of work, always sensitive to the needs of the animals and the public.	This exhibit received site drainage improvements, reconditioning rockwork and repaired and relined pools.

By taking complete responsibility for a project from beginning to end and partnering with stakeholders; we ensure the fulfillment of the design intent. 

A vertically integrated engineering and project management team eliminates the time and money spent during decision making processes involving multiple entities.  The Pascoe Group works closely with our customers to develop the project goals and constraints.  When managing all aspects of the project, Pascoe provides a sole source warranty.  If anything ever goes wrong, there's only one number to call.

Critical Path Management techniques enable complex projects to be phased and multiple trades and contractors to work closely together.

All work is conducted under the scrutiny of a Quality Control program with strict guidelines and reporting features.
